MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

• All defects will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
• Razzle Dazzle must be made aware of defects within 14 working days on receipt of the order by emailing images of the defect across to uniform.razzledazzlenuneaton@gmail.com
• Once images have been received we will review whether the item needs to be returned or whether a replacement can be sent.
• Once the garment has been received we will review whether a repair or replacement is required.

 

FAULTS DURING/AFTER WEAR

• Faults during wear will usually occur after initial use, we will look into faults after a longer period of use (up to 3 months) depending on the amount of wear they have been put through.
• Please contact us with clear images of the fault before returning any items.
• All items returned must be in a clean condition, returns that are soiled/unwashed will not be accepted.

 

SIZING ISSUES

• If an incorrect size has been received please contact uniform.razzledazzlenuneaton@gmail.com to resolve.

 

FAQ

• Can I cancel or amend my order?

As soon as your order has been placed it cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

• Do you cover return postage?

Return postage costs will be covered for pre-approved returns in the event that Razzle Dazzle are liable for faults/errors.

 

• Can I return garments if they are no longer required/I have ordered the incorrect size?

No, any made to order garments are non returnable/exchangeable. If any of the above errors/faults occur we will review on a case by case basis. All returns must be pre-authorised before they are sent.

 

• What are your payment terms

All payments are to be made upfront.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated in our catalogue may vary from the specification set out in the order.

By providing us with an image you guarantee that you have read these Terms and Conditions for providing us with images/logos and that you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions.

By providing us with an Image you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the copyright of that Image, or have been awarded full and unrestricted rights from the copyright owner to upload and utilise the image for the purposes of printing or any other distribution channels including, but not limited to the Razzle Dazzle Dance Costumes Ltd website and selected 3rd party websites.

By providing an image you guarantee that such use of the image in conjunction with personalised print does not violate the rights of any other party, does not result in a breach of contract between you and another party and that you accept responsibility for any royalties or fees due to any other party from the use of the provided image.

By providing an image you guarantee that you have full rights to use the image in this manner and accept full responsibility for such use. When providing an image you are solely responsible for its content and for any offence, claims or damages that arise from the content of that image.

Razzle Dazzle Dance Costumes Ltd may select certain Images that you upload to the website for promotional activities of Razzle Dazzle Dance Costumes Ltd business, including but not limited to: Use in Razzle Dazzle Dance Costumes Ltd own promotional materials either online or in printed form.

You must not provide photographs that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images. Razzle Dazzle Dance Costumes Ltd reserves the right to delete Images its Editors consider potentially offensive to some as 'sensitive.'
