We now require the form below to be completed for all troupe/show bookings. Upon completion we will contact you to discuss which costumes you require, check we have availability for your date and take a deposit payment to secure your booking.

Here is an example of how your show/troupe booking will work:

- Booking form completed (this does not secure your booking)

- Razzle Dazzle will contact you to discuss requirements, date and design your costumes.

- Designs confirmed.

- Deposit/payment:

Full Show Samples (5+ troupes) a £25 deposit per costume required for the full show amount once designs have been agreed, samples are 25% more than quoted costume price. 
Single Troupe Samples (4 or less troupes) samples to be paid in full at the sample rate - costume price +25%. 
Samples Not Required - Full balance is payable at this point (costumes will then be manufactured and delivered at this point for this option)

- Booking confirmed. 

- Samples manufactured (if required)*

- Sizes and quantities confirmed.

- Invoice raised and final balance payable*

- Costumes manufactured

- Delivery

Please note we require bookings to be made a minimum of 12 weeks before your performance if you require samples*


*All samples are chargeable, non refundable or returnable. Samples will be invoiced separately before being manufactured, payment for these will be taken from your deposit. Samples are charged at a higher rate due to the speed they are required and time they take to manufacture. All samples are charged at 25% more than the costume base price - the extra payment is non refundable. If you require fabric colour alterations to be made to the sample this will be chargeable

Once samples have been received we will require final numbers within 2 weeks. Your samples will comprise of your final order, when you place your final order please clearly state which sizes you require to complete the troupe excluding the samples you will already have received.

We require final balance to be paid in full once all costumes/sizes have been decided and you have been invoiced, under no circumstances will costumes be manufactured before full payment is made.

If payment is not made within timeframe provided to you we cannot guarantee your booking.

All payments are to be made via BACS, we do not accept cash payments.

Any troupes required within 4-6 weeks will be unable to have samples and full payment will be required to secure the booking.

A one time delivery fee will be charged, we also offer collection from our factory in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Costumes are made to order therefore are non returnable or refundable. If you choose not to have samples or are unable to due to timeframe, costumes can be sized using our size chart, our chart is only a very rough guide so we always recommend sampling where possible. Our costumes are not bespoke/made to measure they are made from standard sizing block, we will not be held responsible for costume sizing errors. We do offer to alter samples/costumes for sizing purposes at an additional charge. 

Depending on the work required we can turn troupes around in 3-4 weeks, our lead times can vary at different times of the year/how many bookings we already have. We do require as much notice as possible for a large number of troupes or full shows, however we will always try our best to help!
